How your data is isolated

Every company gets its own private store. Your context is never mixed with another company's, and the only thing that can read it is the AI connection you set up.

What we access, and when

We read your context for exactly two reasons: to turn what you give us into clean, structured context, and to hand that context to your own AI tools when they ask. No one on our team has standing access to your data. If we ever need to look — only to fix a problem you've reported — it's with your explicit permission, time-boxed, and logged. We never train AI models on your data

Your content is never used to train any AI model. Full stop.

How we improve — from patterns, never your content

We get better over time by learning from anonymized patterns across all companies — things like which kinds of context matter for which industries. This never includes your actual content and is never tied to you. It's on by default and you can switch it off anytime. (Coming.)

You own it — export and delete

Your context belongs to you. You'll be able to export everything, and to permanently delete your account and all of its data whenever you want. (Coming.)
